A wrinkle is a fold or crease in the skin caused by loss of elastic fiber and collagen. Also as a result of aging processes, collagen degradation leads to wrinkle appearance.
Fundamental causes for wrinkles: Depletion of water in the body with aging
Internal causes – troubled blood circulation, heredity, active oxygen, poor nutrition, stress, various diseases
External causes – sun damage, unsuitable soap, cheap cosmetics, harsh weather, strong wind, working environment, habitual facial expressions, sleeping habits
Post acne scarring
Post acne scarring, an injury to skin tissue, is a result of purulent, conglobata, cystal or cystic acne being left untreated or mistreated at home. Unlike the acne marks which may disappear over time, post acne scarring does not disappear without a proper treatment.

Freckle is a flat circular spot on the skin about the size of a sesame seed that develops in bilateral symmetry around the nose and lower eyes. They may be tan, light-brown or black. Heredity also influences freckling. They may appear at age 10, and are found more often in girls in their teens and twenties. They develop darker after repeated exposure to sunlight in the summer.

Aging spots:
Aging spots, also called dark spots occur on the skin as a result of age and sun exposure. Seborrheic keratosis, a type of skin disease, is the medical term for the aging spot. Seborrheic keratosis is the presence of benign wart-like growths on the surface of the skin. Together with the aging spots, it forms dark spots.
